The vessel, launched in 2004, was christened Niñita by her Hampshire, U. K., owners - who are now living on board full-time.
The owners were interested in a boat which could "travel anywhere in the world and also be comfortable and fast." The layout is designed for two, with occasional friends and family along, but keeping the hull, doghouse and flush decks as close to the original as possible "so as not to spoil her looks." They felt Burgess "got it right" when he designed the hull and rig of the original vessel in 1927.
